I earned my Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Evangel University in 1998.  From 1999-2003 I was an athletic director and taught 7th-12th physical education in Illinois.  In 2003, I moved to Virginia and joined the staff here at Groveton Elementary teaching Physical Education. In 2015, I earned my Master’s Degree in Education Leadership from George Mason University.  I’ve enjoyed coaching volleyball, basketball and softball at West Potomac and Falls Church High Schools. My brother, sister, and I were raised in northern Indiana, where my grandparents raised beef cattle. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching and playing sports, and spending time with my wife and our dog, Jordan.
